Takbad Rules & Terms — The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Takbad (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and casino service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Takbad and its users ("you" or "Member").

Accurate information is required to register an account on Takbad. Registering with false or misleading details is a serious breach of these terms, and Takbad reserves the right to terminate any such account.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be terminated.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration.
• A national ID card or passport is required for KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your responsibility.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to support immediately.
• You may not allow third parties to access or use your account.

Eligibility Requirements:

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In certain exceptional cases — such as a match being abandoned, a venue change, or a technical error — a bet may be voided.

• Bets placed before any odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — stay alert.
• Pre-match odds apply to bets placed before the match begins.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled as normal.
• Takbad reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a system fault.

Takbad offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that members are required to follow.

Rollover Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a specified rollover (wagering) requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets.

• Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or above typically count toward rollover calculations.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Every promotion has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Takbad reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses will not be awarded to multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takbad. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.

Takbad may close or suspend an account at a member's request or on its own initiative. To close your account yourself, please contact support.

• Upon member request, the account will be permanently closed within 30 days.
• You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure.
• If an account is terminated for a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• Voluntarily closing your account will cancel any bonus balance.
• A self-exclusion option is available to support responsible betting.

Takbad strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, issues beyond our control may occasionally arise.

• Takbad will not be liable for any bets missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Takbad is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of an unexpected technical failure, compensation will be arranged to the extent possible.
• Takbad is not legally liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.

Takbad hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions from time to time. Specific rules apply for participation in these events.

Participation Requirements

• An active and verified account is required to participate in tournaments.
• A minimum bet amount must be met to qualify for ranking.
• Bets placed using bonus balance will not count toward tournament points.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match to farm points is strictly prohibited.
• Takbad reserves the right to modify tournament rules at any time.
• Winnings will be credited to the winner's account within 72 hours of the prize announcement.
• Any disputes regarding results must be raised within 48 hours of the prize being credited.

Any disputes will first be addressed through our support team. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to a higher authority.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• Written complaints must include the transaction ID and full details of the issue.
• Takbad's decision shall be considered final under normal circumstances.
• If a technical error is confirmed, equivalent compensation will be arranged.

Takbad may update these terms at any time as needed. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.

• Notice of changes will be sent to your registered email address or via in-app push notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
